Marthomi takes allergies very seriously. All our recipes are guaranteed to be 100% free from all of the allergens as specified for labelling regulations in the EU (EC Directive 89/2003).

Our production environments are strictly controlled where possible, 100% free from the most aggressive allergens, gluten and nuts. Unfortunately 100% allergen free production environments are not always achievable for all products and all ingredients. For this reason, some of Marthomi’s products will carry warnings like e.g. “may contain traces of...”.

To guarantee that allergen contamination in the production process is kept to an absolute minimum, rigorous cleaning and allergen management procedures are employed and all batches are tested for traces of allergens at certified laboratories before releasing the products to the market.
